So I recently raked a good haul on a few poker games and hit a jackpot on slots, not here, so I decided to fund all my other online casino accounts, aka the burn pile. I deposit to the other places but I couldn’t lose that day so I only played on the one site. I log in to the other the next day to a $3 balance. My transaction history shows the deposit but the play history won’t load, I reach out to CS to see if they can get me the past play history and in response they lock my account and send me an email saying it’s imperative that I call at my earliest convenience. I do not remember playing on this site at all so I said nothing about missing money or even gave a reason why I wanted the history. So I call and of course I get someone who just finished training and I’m their first call because they have no clue what I’m talking about and now I’m still locked out of my account. So I try the chat, tell them my story, the chat ends and a few minutes later I get an email saying it’s imperative that I call… How should I handle this? Not gonna lie I have a hair trigger when it comes to BS or stupid and that doesn’t always pan out well for me so I figured I’d ask to see if anyone has ever experienced anything like this and what I should do from here. This place is a licensed and regulated online casino but these places do get hacked, or did I blow through my entire bankroll without remembering a single spin or a game played. Again this was not my Ignition account. Any advice?
There should be no reason for your transactuons history not to show up. I’d first and foremost get that figured out. If after you look through the transactions and see a discrepancy in funds being used/never there, I’d contact a moderator to explain what happened.
Some things to consider…
Was it in fact on this site that you won the poker winnings and slot jackpots?
Did you play with practice funds at any point?
Maybe it was a dream?
Maybe you had it on autospin and it was set to infinite spins which led you to a $3 balance due to the losses.
It was not on the same site I won on but had just cashed out a few days prior to making a new deposit on the site in question. I have the emails from both the site and wallet where i made the deposit and the transaction was accepted. I remember making the deposit and then exiting the site because I was in two games on the other site. I don’t play practice mode, really not even sure why that’s a thing especially with slots. I was seriously questioning whether I gambled my bankroll while sleeping until today, I got someone through chat and they were able to see the last game played was high roller black jack which I’ve never played black jack on that site. I’ve never gambled unknowingly but I’ve heard of people doing it so I was actually becoming concerned but after seeing that last game I’m concerned for a new set of reasons.
