The second section of your last note

What’s that intellectual property carve out mean exactly? Can you refer me to somewhere in the T&C’s etc that describes this in detail? I want to be sure i understand the agreement and have not seen this section previously.

It’s basically referring to any posting or other material posted or uploaded by you to the website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy or was otherwise posted or uploaded in breach of these terms of use.
