Has anyone else noticed that there are no longer deposit bonuses? Im a diamond level and usually got 3 or 4 a week.

I’m no where near diamond so this might sound stupid, are deposit bonuses different from the match deposits?

Unfortunately the weekly boost is not necessarily a bonus that is provided every week as per it’s details.

Here was a new one on me. playing on Bovada earlier. Under bonuses it said I had 25 free spins on “Pandora”. There is no such game. Ended up I had 25 free spins on Cleo. WTF?
They issue more deposit bonus after you use one and ask for a cs cash bonus. That’s how they are marketing now.
Which is the biggest bunch of bs ever. You guys pick and choose who gets bonuses and it’s not based on performance and instead based on discretion. You guys wouldn’t last a minute in corporate America. Your philosophy is to take away rewards and bonuses from those who deposit a few times a week and never withdraw any cash. Sounds like a hell of a business plan!

What is a cs bonus? Never heard of it.

So not sure where to ask this at but this seemed as good as any. I had asked customer service for a free bonus because of my big losses today and they denied it. So I came on the forum to see if a moderator could double check my account because my deposits were much higher than normal but was told that there could be nothing done now since a customer service agent already denied it. So basically a moderator wouldn’t be able to double check my account to see if I’m eligible for a free bonus even though I spoke to customer service first. I’ve never been told this before so I guess I’m just curious if that is in fact policy. Thank you
This is correct, we generally don’t change these decisions once already made without some form of change in activity.
