@Billy723 I am not aware of any server issues. What I would suggest in this case is try using the web version of the poker software instead. Please also use the incognito window.
Let me know if you’re still having issues.

No, that’s not the correct solution. I can’t play mobile as I want to play 6+ tables thorugh your desktop software.
How about you guys get a better software? Why can’t I even open a MTT tourney logging without sweating a client freeze these days? It’s been software for like 10+ years.
The crash/lags got better after the 1st hour, but still cost me two last minute rebuys into the $162 200k Gtd and the nightly $55 30k Gtd.
Will I be compensated for missing these two rebuys??

Ok, how about when your software let me into the $215 40k 2nd Chance for a last-minute rebuy, but then froze at 59%?
And then how about when I restarted your client twice and that didn’t fix?
And then tried restarting my PC and same issues?
And then had to switch over to my other new PC and then miss over 5 minutes of action which is kind of important when you only give us 2.66bb at reg closed?
Then I bust the very 1st hand I’m able to play?
