I was playing on Saturday (12/21) and apparently there was a tech issue affecting many players where balances were not update after a winning hand. I was told that the issues was escalated to Customer Service (they acknowledged it was a technology error). I emailed to ask for an update and was told these cases are usually resolved within 24-48 hours… it’s now been 5 days.
Anyone else have this issue? Is this something to be concerned about or should I feel comfortable that they will credit my account after some sort of review? Thanks for any help!
I also called an old phone number I had from an old email… but was on hold for about an hour, so I don’t think this is still monitored…
