no it did not even removed and reloaded software
@scotty_h does this happen when you click on ‘Live Dealer’ or when you click on one the games while attempting to join a table?

@scotty_h Are you using Google Chrome? If you are and it didn’t work I would also try opening up the game in Incognito.

We always recommend using Google Chrome as we’ve found it works best with our games and has fewer connectivity issues. You can start an incognito session once you’re on Chrome by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N.
Were you able to get in other live-casino tables? Please let us know if the issue persists and we’ll reach out to you to collect more information as there hasn’t been any other recent reports regarding this issue.
got live dealer to work if i click cashier and then go to table through that page ------still does not work through poker lobby–which i guess is fine
