Just talked with a moderator on here and they said they were not informed live chat was even down

Probably doing it on purpose so they dont have to answer for all the losing the games are doing. I havent won a thing on here in over 2 mo ths, $3000p plus. They wont give me any bonuses and im really tired of this site. The games never hit and my deposits go so quickly its not even funny. Its so frustrating. Then they give those scratch cards and act like they are “lucrative” bonuses but they only give you a thousand miles, equivalent to 50 freakin cents. Im frustrated beyond belief with thid site. They cant even respond to emails.

Theyve refused me a payout saying i had a bitcoin deposit from months and months sgo that wasnt accepted on the blockchain, bunch of crap. Ive hit 250x my bet on wheels and reels that they refused to acknowledge. They act like its a crime to ask for a bonus when youve lost $600 in two days. The games go 25-30 spins in between wins and will then give 1 x the bet. Im so over handkng these guys my hard earned money to get nothing in return! They donr even appreciate the customer AT ALL from my experience.the more i deposit the faster they take it. Random? I dont believe for a second that every single game i play randomly loses every time for thousands of dollars.

Truthfully, I won a fair amount with this site. I’ve been here for years but mainly play live dealer blackjack. Then once I build that I play slots. I don’t have a big issue with the site except when crap like this happens. There is ZERO communication.
