When will customer service be back up?? I have had a lot of connections issues today and was hoping to get them refunded
I would love to know when this issue would be fixed as well!! I have been chatting with someone on numerous occasions since yesterday, then all of a sudden they would stop responding. So then I called, and sat on hold for 28 minutes and no one ever picked up!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!
Then the site says come here for help and there’s literally zero moderators online haha
