Hi, new player here and i was looking for information from players who completed a withdrawal by check. How long does it really take? Any issues? Also do you need to submit any supporting documents?
I recently submitted a withdrawal request and I see it in “processed” status but I’m not exactly sure what that means. Is the check on its way? They didn’t request any supporting documents to this point.
Any I aight anyone can give is greatly appreciated. I’m a US player.
They say you normally get your check in 10-15 days, but I’ve usually gotten it a bit before that. No issues cashing checks here, but make sure you have a bank that can cash International ones cuz they aren’t American.
I never had to verify anything before receiving a withdrawal, but I know friends that were asked to submit ID, says they can ask to verify anytime somewhere on the site but they never asked me yet. All the withdrawals take like 1-2 days to process, and then you’ll eventually get an account message with the tracking info for your check afetr that. I usually just call the courier company after that to figure out when it’s gonna show up.

When in ignition account it says this withdraw is “processed” does that mean it’s good to go and on its way? Just trying to figure out what the “processed” phase means.
Pretty sure that’s what it says when its approvoed, at this point I think you’re just waiting for tracking info. Usually takes a few days.
Also if anyone has information on withdraw via crypto that would be helpful. I’m new to crypto but do have a Coinbase account and their app. Would I be able to use Coinbase to receive a withdraw?

We usually recommend that you withdraw to a separate wallet first, and then send your funds to an exchange which would be something like Coinbase.

Although they do offer a wallet function, it’d be best to open a wallet with another provider. There’s some recommendations here on wallet providers that you can use.

Hello, I am also a new user here. I am trying to receive a withdrawal by check (because I do not us bitcoin). Just wondering if you have received any withdrawals from this site……because I am up about $4000 in my account……but I can not withdraw. Any suggestions on why?
Hello Davy, thank you for your responds. I just recently setup an acct with ignition (4 days ago for $1000)……and I have been playing for a couple days now. My acct now shows that have about $5200 and I would like to make a withdraw from my acct. But ignition will not let me make a withdraw “ it showing funds attached to Active bonus can not be withdrawn until Wagering requirements For that bonus have been met”
I tried to reach out to customer service by email and phone……and their response was to go to community forum (lol)……do you have any suggestions Davy and do you know what those requirements mean?

This is due to your funds being tied to a deposit bonus. Please read HERE to read up on what rollover is in regards to making a deposit with a bonus. Note that you can always also forfeit a deposit bonus, but you will lose the bonus funds. The locked funds will be come withdrawable though.
