Loyalty chip real or myth?

Does anyone know how to be eligible for some kind of loyalty chip??

*Deposits are more than my withdrawals (by A lot)…

*Deposited $30+ almost everyday for like 3months…

*Not a habitual bonus receiver (gotten 3 in 1-1/2 yrs. And literally had to beg to get those…

I was told or forcefully suggested i need to use my deposit bonuses first… which i don’t want a playthrough exceeding way more then the percentage of my earned bonus. Why would i want to use something that is going to make it harder for me to become ELGIBLE for a withdrawal??? No one should have to use a deposit bonus if they don’t want one in order to get a loyalty chip.

I’m always told about the secret algorithm that makes us or i guess doesn’t make us eligible for a player bonus. What else could possibly go into deciding if your worthy of a crappy $20 chip or not? Does the reps still have leeway in determining if you can get a bonus. Always thought they were able to give you one no matter if your account is able to or not…

If anyone knows who you have to beg, cry to, yell at, complain to or just plain cares about player loyalty please let me know because I’m on the line of closing my account its gotten that sad and pathetic and not that they care rather or not i stick around can already tell the answer to that. There just has to be something better out there, Right!!!

@Davy apparently you haven’t been keeping up on the forum because CS doesn’t seem very friendly especially to anyone seeking any kind of extras, loyalty rewards or free chip/ free play.

If you have had an issue with CS being unfriendly or rude towards you please provide details so we can review the contact.
Unfortunately just because they decline a bonus, this wouldn’t automatically make them unfriendly. They have processes that they need to follow to check for eligibility. If a bonus is declined it is because you are not eligible at that time, and something that is out of the agents hands to change.

Wait you’ve actually spoke to CS in the chat??. I’ve literally never been spoke to anyone. Anytime I open the chat I’m told they’re experiencing higher volume than normal and to please keep chat open for 20 min and I’m never connected before it just times out. And anytime I send an email I get generic automated response

It would depend when you contact most of the time, it’s pretty quiet at the moment, but when I started around 4 hours ago there were twice as many active chats

It really seems to be your ranking in the casino is how your chat will be received or even if your able to actually call customer service. It is really messed up how your chat or phone call is accepted or ignored when reaching out. Just like asking a rep for free

For free play is a complete waste of time. You can spend $1,000 have no withdrawals and still be denied a $10,$15 or$20 chip with a ridiculous playthrough… DO NOT KNOW HOW TO KEEP THEIR LOYAL PLAYERS HAPPY. RATHER GIVE NOTHING AND MAKE THEM ANGRY AND BITTER. THAT REALLY HELPS OUT GETTING THE CASINO PROMOTED OR HAPPILY CONTINUING MAKING DEPOSITS… WAKE UP ITS SIMPLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

I’ve literally never received an email promotion or anything and the crypto rewards are a joke I get 25 free spins at 20 cents a spin and I’m lucky if I get 2$ at best literally got 0$ a couple times and that was just great really makes it seem like a good waste of time not a kick in the nutz at all

I deposited over a grand in 7 days and have made no withdrawals in months. I used to deposit about $2500 every month but no longer. I haven’t been able to receive a bonus either. I’ve seen people post that they have deposited $4,000 and couldn’t get a bonus as well. It’s just ridiculous the lack of appreciation that they show us. And I’m not talking about customers who deposit every now and then. Customers who deposit on a regular basis and who aren’t winning. It was not like this 3 years ago or even like this before the site troubles. No little gifts, no free bonuses…nothing but those crappy free spins which you might get $1 from and the reward points. I’ve been playing elsewhere and here every now and then. Because ignition is terrible now.

I totally agree 100% I think it’s a myth! They stop giving anything related to a bonus. My deposits are way more than my withdrawals i’ve literally have only won once here still nothing sucky.

Now when you ask them for a free chip they tell you, that you need to use your deposit bonuses first in order to be eligible for a non Deposit bonus. Really just coming up with anything not to give back. Crap its hard enough winning with straight bets now being forced a playthrough on you just to get some appreciation back. There’s so much wrong with how players are being treated here now. I just wish that you could talk to someone that matters and actually cares and listens to how many players are upset about all the changes. But you either get denied escalating your issues, nobody listens to your comments or basically even the higher ups could care less and this is where it’s all getting implemented and passed down. Greed is only that exists between ignition and its sister casinos. Guess a public/customer relations team is a myth as well. Only deaf ears remains. Wish other places had this casinos games and setup but not everything else that comes with it. F****!!!
