When I click to Mac Download button a new page opens up with the following and no download starts. Let me know if there is a resolution to this problem.

@mtomo29 We recommend downloading Google Chrome browser and then re-attempting to download the software as we’ve seen success with that.
and to open the app? Apple saying it can’t be opened
