Has anyone had this issue. My son made a 300 dollar deposit last night and it never went to his account. Texted them and once he told them the issue they ended the chat. Then he called and after explaining what happened they hung up on him. He had screenshots of transaction and called his credit card company. So it is being investigated. Still today nothing has been credited. His card was charged 312.00 dollars to blueberry academy. The site shows no deposit activity. I will not be depositing any more with them unless they fix this cause now I feel my funds are unsafe now. He tried putting this on the forum and it refused to allow him to sign in so this is why I’m doing it. I support ignition and I have many friends that play but I refuse to support a casino that steals money. I will be calling also. I hope this is just a mistake but with them ended the chat and hanging up on him definitely makes me think something very suspicious is going on.
This could possibly be a pre authorization charge which does often happen if a transaction fails.
If he contacts us we can take a look for him.
He did contact you guys as I stated. Through chat and also by phone and both times disconnected. But I will have him try again. And the funds were taking off his card. The transaction didn’t fail.
