I withdrew via Matchpay for the first time.
I then received a message from Ignition saying successfull and to click “here” to start and offer, so that I could sell the funds.
The link endlessly said “Error 404 Page Not Found” After over an hour of chat with multiple reps, they simply said sorry, we sent it off and they have it, go bother them. I trusted Ignition with my money and now there is no way to retrieve it. Matchpay doesnt have an option to create an offer to sell, only buy. So my money is trapped, Ignition doesnt care and I have been here since they started.

There is little to nothing that our customer service can do as funds are already in your MatchPay account and MatchPay is a independent platform with their own customer support.
