Withdrew with matchpay last night, and my trade went south. Now my funds are tied up in a disputed trade, and matchpay support is not responding. How do i reach them if the live chat is down, and they don’t
reply to my emails?
I would advise you try their chat option a little later, that does seem faster than emails which from the feedback I have seen takes a couple of days to get a response from them.
Their live chat has been under maintenance since around 12am today. Just my luck, the one trade when someone is trying to scam me, and the live chat is down.
I had same thing happen to me a couple weeks ago, I was able to use live chat the next day and I had to send screen shots showing I did not recieve the zelle payment. You will prob just have to wait it out and keep trying live chat. People will try to get you, never release your credits until the money is in your account.
