Is it literally just me or is the chat no longer able to offer loyal customer’s any type of bonus at all anymore? I mean i tend to look forward to the free rolls every week but had to work today and idk 6-7 months ago it wouldnt have been any problem at all for a chat agent to issue me a sit n go ticket for simply being a depositing loyal customer but now a days i cant get anything from the chat besides stupid fun facts or jokes of the day. Im not a huge spender by no means but i consistently deposit bitcoin exclusives weekly and some and cant get no love. Is it just me?? Also im not asking for much i mean I just wanted to play a little poker but unfortunately i had to work to fund my gambling problem so thats my bad i guess lol

I wasnt asking for a bonus i was merely stating my frustration and wondering why is it you guys became so tight on giving bonuses. One sit n go ticket for someone who deposits 300 plus a month doesnt seem like that much to ask when i was unable to join the free roll because i was working. It just doesnt make sense to me when you guys use to compensate your depositing customers and ensure their continued support.

They haven’t gave diddly for bonuses since the site had “issues”. It’s like pulling teeth just to prove when the site messes up to get a buy-in refunded. Trust me, they don’t care if us non-whales play.
