Made a deposit with bitcoin yesterday afternoon. I see the money was sent on blockchain but still have not received my funds. Been over a day now. Spoke with CS 3x they were no help at all.
Yes. I posted on another message too, but I deposited via Tether yesterday evening and it has not shown-up yet. I cannot log into the website (the screen just flickers when I select login) to speak with customer service. I guess I will wait until the website is back up.
I don’t know what the problem is. I talked to CS 3x and they tell me the same thing. They are looking into it . Told me it would take 24 - 48 hours to fix. It’s been 37+ hours now. I’ll update you if they credit my account.
Thanks. The website login worked on my phone, but it’s still not working on the computer. I was told by customer service to talk to my exchange because Ignition hasn’t received it yet. My exchange says it was sent over 24 hours ago. 
They are not telling us what’s going on and they are lying to you. Your money is there so is mine. The address they gave me is on Blockchain Explorer the money is there comfirmed. I think they messed up and can’t move it and we are going to take the loss if they can’t fix the problem. It’s really bad business if we end up paying for their mistakes.
I always use bch to deposit and they use to show up here as soon as 1 of 3 confirmations hit. Now ill have confirms and no deposit hit. I usually wait a bit then come here. Seems that coming to the forum magically makes deposits hit. So thats what Im doing now as im waiting for a deposit to hit that i have 2 confirm on blockchain for…

Still nothing? I’m afraid to deposit any money. I do this for entertaintment but it would be stupid to send more money and not get credit for it. It’s 3 days now and still do not know what the problem is. The funds are in the address I was given & confirmed. I did my part that was asked of me now it’s your turn.Credit the amount sent.
