@moderators , i made a dep earlier today and haven’t recieved the bonus spins/points/tournie ticket. any info?

I’m sure you already know but if you’ve claimed your points/ spins/ ticket once already this week you wouldn’t be able to get them until after 2 a.m., I believe, Monday. In the case you hadn’t claimed them once already sometimes mine take as long as 24 hrs. Sometimes they are almost instant. Don’t stress though if you didn’t get them and you’re eligible they’ll show up eventually.

Apologies for the late reply, however, @stakkedoff and @Momanddaddysco it appears you haven’t yet made a deposit this week. The program restarts Monday.

so? then shouldn’t it have gone onto the next week? either way you guys never gave me a deposit bonus for it regardless of what week it would’ve fell on, i hadnt made any deps previously that week and it should’ve been the 1st deposit of this week according to you.

I thought I had seen another deposit during the week but it does seem that was your only deposit. We will add them for this week now, but be aware that another deposit this week likely won’t activate them. Also going forward I believe that Matchpay is no longer going to work to activate the program benefits.
