Why can I withdraw money- it has been a while and I can not play

This is very disappointing regarding withdrawing my funds … I find it hard to withdraw and taking this hard time to withdraw your funds. Why you guys letting your customers or players suffer and knowing if we deposit and charging us fees and automatic deducted to our account and if we want to withdraw funds taking so much time and not reasonable transaction.
Please private message us if there is an outstanding withdrawal that you have yet to receive. Also, what issues are you experiencing when trying to withdraw?
