My customer service experience

Wow is all I have to say. In over 40 days I’ve only won twice and out of those 40 days not one free token to show appreciation. It’s crazy in virtual dog racing how the dog I pick always gets tackled or knocked down or if I’m gunna win the zoom out to not show how I got kicked to the back. This place and the customer service has been the worse experience I’ve ever had. It’s just wow :hushed:

I’m sorry to hear you are not happy with customer services right now.
Although agents do have processes to follow when looking at bonus requests, and the denial of a bonus should not mean you were given bad service.

Saying the same exact thing every time and asking more about personal questions that the issue at hand, beyond rude and they know right away if they can or can’t do stop keeping us online of 20-30 minutes .,. Get real

hey, guys as @Davy mentioned if you have examples where you feel you did not receive proper service, please let us know and we will have it looked into. We are here to have constructive discussions on ways we can improve.

With that said, if you feel the service you received is bad because our agents were unable to issue you additional bonuses outside of our promotions when you contacted them, that is another conversation we can have privately through DM. We can’t share personal details about your account, including what is reviewed for such requests on a public thread.

I’ve had a few issues on the site, but they always get resolved whether it’s in my favor or not, I always get an explanation as to why. I’ve requested free bonuses via chat in the past and received some. Last week I was denied in chat so I came here and asked a moderator. They explained why chat denied me but granted $15 to play. It was with 35x playthrough but I was able to try some games I don’t normally play.
In my opinion Davy, Matt & Nicolas have all been very helpful and polite.

Most people that complain to customer service, bitching and whining until they get what they want, claim to know what customer service is. A lot of CS just cave to customer demands, because it’s easier to give something, so the customer will see that as a win & shut up, for a little while until the next hair crawls up their ass.
Like those guy;

Customer Service takes 2 parties to work:
The customer & the service agent.
It your want things to work your way without getting upset and all the hassle, don’t be an asshole… be likeable.
If this guy knows customer service, then why doesn’t he recognize his asshole attitude.

This shit about, “the customer is always right”, is absolutely wrong. The customer typically doesn’t know the policy of said company and their role in it.
But if you’re nice, polite, or at least cordial with a fake ass smile , the CS can probably make it right to the extent they are allowed.

So quit being Karens. You’re more likely to be pushed to the back burner. Nobody likes Karens. Hell, Karens don’t like Karens. But they spout so much hot air I’ll can’t see thru the fog when they look in the mirror.

And to you @Barbarians , if this offends you, than you reep what you sow.

They CS agents might want to say what’s on their minds but refrain. As for myself… I could give 2 shits if any of you Karens get offended, because if you are indeed offended, then I’ve succeeded.

I’m sure somebody will try to get my post taken down.

That’s ok, though. It reached the target demographic, the Karens.

You see it’s easy to come to their defense when you got what you wanted. Now I’m not saying the mods on here aren’t helpful, they’re usually more helpful than chat support.

Everyone has their own experience though, so if someone else wants to “b*tch & whine” as you put it, they have every right to and unless you’re the one funding their bankroll you shouldn’t comment when they complain.

But that’s just my opinion,

That $15 free play not what I wanted. As for coming to they’re defense. Maybe I was a little. But that’s because I’ve been in CS before. Working @ U-HAUL. Those are the worst customers ever and the worst job I ever had & I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. But those that played nice were easier to help. I still helped everybody even if they were dicks. Most of the time they’d change they’re attitude for the better. But then there are those that can’t be helped because they don’t want to coorporate. Like they person I quoted. The mods asked for an example, and they didn’t provide one, they just said,

I’m not trying to pick on them personally, but they are a prime example of a bad customer.

I have recently experienced an error while playing a slot. $5.00 missing from balance.
Instead of accusing ignition of stealing my money. I immediately stopped playing, and provided details & screenshots.

They are currently investigating and I’m patiently awaiting the outcome.

I know it’s only $5.00, but that goes to show they are there to help us.

If you still disagree with me, so be it. That’s the last I’ll add to this thread.

I have always been very nice and polite to CS so I do agree with you @EdwardOchotorena. You catch more flies with honey, but it really seems, in my experience, that they will do absolutely everything they can to make sure you don’t get what you’re asking for. I’ve never went to them and been irate, I’ve always provided what proof I’ve had, and the issues I’ve had weren’t huge jackpots or anything close to that but I still had to go back and forth with them over and over and over again. Even though I’ve never lost my cool, as hard as that is for me because I’ve got a hair trigger, I can see why people do. It’s very frustrating when you feel like you’re not being heard and feels like you get the same scripted response no matter what the issue is.
