My overall experience at Ignition

Poker

One of the saddest parts of the site. Because they actually have a potentially nice setup here. Personally, I’m an amateur player, but have played quite a bit both online and live in the past 15 years. It’s known amongst nearly all of the veteran poker players that the site caters to “fish” doing very well here, especially in tournaments, because of the number of trash hands that somehow become monsters after the board has run out. If you ever watch a big tournament going to the last couple of tables… you will see exactly what I mean. People playing hands that even most amateurs know have next to nothing odds of being worth doing so. And it works out for them quite often. After a big hit, ignition knows they just gained a new players loyalty. And since the RNG on the site is not certified… pretty hard to trust to that poker isn’t manipulated somehow similar to how the casino is. My preferred poker game is Jackpot Sit N Go’s. However, between here and Bovada, well over ten thousand of them played… have never once hit a spin multiplier of over 5x. Not once.

Casino

I remember a stretch of time where I could actually sit at certain casino games and walk out ahead of what I deposited. Even play for a little while first. But for the better part of the last 3 months… that has been near impossible. It’s so obvious to see that the games are manipulated at some point after they’ve been out for a little while. Reels and Wheels XL for example. When it first came out…, you could actually go on decent runs in it. Now… unless you’re one of the chose few to hit a big progressive… good luck. Blackjack here is an absolute joke. The amount of times that the dealer makes a hand with a bust card or ties/beats you when you have a 20 is not possible. After awhile it’s pretty much to the point that you can call what cards they will flip over to make a hand. But back to the slots… what I described is how they get players loyal to a certain game. Bring it to the site as a new one… let them get a nice win or two on it… and then after a bit of time they will manipulate it to get that all back and much more.

Support

There is no word to describe the “support” or customer service here other than a JOKE. I can recall two times that I spoke to a supervisor that actually listened, responded like a human and not a BS script fed robot. But usually you get connected to an agent who doesn’t read through or listen to your issue or request. And if you are connected to a supervisor, the likelihood is that you’ll get connected to someone that isn’t going to help or even try to. I’ve been directly lied to numerous times in my two years of playing here. After the first time… I started recording all of my conversations and interactions with them. I could make a top rated comedy show with just a handful of those recordings. One supervisor will tell you one thing, the next will tell you the complete opposite. Curleigh, Tiffany, and Devon should not be working in customer service. Absolutely awful.

Perks/Promotions/Bonuses

Support will try to tell you that what they offer as bonuses and promotions here are the top in the industry. Haha. Any CS bonus you that one can receive here has 35x casino playthrough requirement (again, they claim these rollovers are the best in the industry). So if you get a $100 CS bonus… with that $100 you have to wager/bet $3500 before you even have a chance to withdraw anything. In this casino… good luck. I actually reside in Michigan and own a home there, so I’ve had time to play the now legal/certified/regulated options out there. And I will tell you this… not only is the overall experience on any of those 10x better than here. But the bonuses that they offer usually have between 1x-5x playthrough requirement. I’ve never seen one with higher on any of those platforms. On top of that… they show you the progress of the rollover while you’re playing… no matter the game. And alert you when you hit the requirement. Even in sports betting they have better payouts and odds boosters overall. Which brings me to last points…

I am blessed to have a great job, and I travel for my work all over the country. So usually, I am in a state that has not yet legalized online poker/gaming. This is literally the only reason I have continued to give ignition and Bovada the continued business that I have. My net losses in the casino here 10 weeks are mind boggling. I’m ok with losing, (obviously), but I’m not okay with being treated like complete trash and being lied to about what I’m paying for. As more and more states legalize, this site will continue to lose the business it has left.

One would think that they would make an effort to become more player friendly and more consistent, maybe even get certified, to stay competitive due to this. It’s been the opposite…as it’s only become worse.

My final thought I will leave you with is this. My most recent joke of an experience with support has been one of my “perks” included in being a Bitcoin exclusive member. The “guaranteed weekly deposit offer”. I went a span of over two months without even receiving these deposit matches between May and July for whatever reason. It passed over my head for awhile but when I realized I used to receive them, I contacted support and they added the weekly offer of 50% match with 25x playthrough and 25,000 reward points to be added to my account. The next week, nothing appeared in my rewards tab so I contacted and they added that same offer again. However, since then, the past six weeks I have received this offer - 25% match up to $500 with 35x (!!) casino ONLY rollover requirement. This offer being much worse than the regular bitcoin deposit bonus we can use on every deposit we make (25% match with only 10x casino rollover). Therefor making this “exclusive weekly offer” unusable. I contacted to have it changed six weeks ago, they did immediately to 50% with lower rollover, and every week since because I continue to keep getting that same garbage offer every week. They have changed it every time I called the past six weeks, apologized, and assured me that they would escalate this and get it fixed so that it wouldn’t be a problem going forward.

I’m a diamond VIP member here with about 7 million lifetime miles. If not for my patience and discipline in poker, I would be out so much money to this casino that I would feel embarrassed to share the amount.

Overall I give this site a 2/10 rating, and that simply being due to a nice setup of their poker client, but not so much for the software itself.

Glad to share my knowledge with any interested. Have many colleagues with accounts here who will be happy to re-post this if it gets taken down. I used to be concerned that if I posted this that I would start to lose more and have an even worse overall experience. But at this point it truly couldn’t be any worse here. Zero consistency. Zero integrity.

We’re certainly sorry to hear of your frustration, and there’s a few things here to address so we’ll do them one at a time.

  1. You can view our certification in our Terms of Service, specifically under licenses or Term 8 and we can assure you that our RNG is both fair and not manipulated on our end. There have certainly been some other threads about this on the Forum and there are some players that have provided some decent context.

  2. Again as this is an RNG issue all we can do is assure you that it is fair and that there are not sudden changed in RTP that happen on our end. Most games do have this RTP stated in game and this doesn’t change based on any external factors.

  3. I do apologize if you’ve had some previous bad interactions with our customer support staff and will look into the specific agents you’ve mentioned. Going forward you can of course bring any issues to the Forum and we’ll do our best to assist you with any future issues.

  4. The guaranteed bonus provided by the BTC program is generally either 25-50% randomly and provides 25 free spins and 15000 reward points, however, this isn’t guaranteed and I do apologize if you were given misinformation here. I do not believe this can be changed or automatically fixed as this is the intended way this bonus works. We can of course provide feedback to the marketing team based on the fact that we do understand the 25% bonus isn’t worth using and will do so.

I won’t get into specifics regarding the RNG, I know it’s your job to say as such, but after much recorded data, as well as visual happenings over time, I’ll go with my experience and that of my colleagues as far as the reality of how that all works. And just like many other players have stated - if Ignition was true to the RNG they claim to run fairly, it would be no issue getting certified or regulated in some way. Action speaks.

It’s well beyond “some” bad interactions with support. I can’t tell you how much time I’ve lost getting the run around by many agents/supervisors before I finally get assisted by the few good ones. And when I say assisted, I mean the issue gets corrected for that instance and I get comp’d usually with a CS bonus that has a near impossible playthrough req.

Today was the 6th straight week I received the 25% with 35x casino only requirement as my “exclusive” weekly offer. As stated, The previous five weeks I’ve called and they have changed it to not much better but at least 50% match. Which is at least usable, since again, why would anyone claim a deposit bonus that is far worse than the regular bitcoin bonus that we can use on every deposit? After adjusting the offer, I have been told every week up until today that they would escalate to promotions and have it fixed for the following week. Today I was lucky enough to get transferred to Devon, who essentially told me “tough luck, the offer is correct, I will not change it and I will not comp you anything either.” He seemed very annoyed like my previous interaction with him a different time, as well. I laughed, figured I wouldn’t bother to waste more of my time with this guy, and then asked what he would comp me for my continued deposits etc. He said he could issue a $20 poker ticket (lol). He told me it was issued, and I said a very sarcastic “thanks”. Went to use the ticket, oh, what a shock… I didn’t have one. Later called back and an agent saw that it wasn’t added, put me on hold, and 45 minutes later got the ticket added. I asked what about the time wasted from my day over that? He said he could not comp me for it. Sick.

A little while ago I have a message in my inbox from CS saying here’s $20 bonus (standard 35x near impossible rollover) for the inconvenience. Gone on minimum bets without hardly a single win. As if a $20 CS bonus was even close to proper compensation for that total experience. Par for the course here. No way to contact superiors, no consequences, just pure garbage. Good stuff. Good way to treat your diamond VIPs.

Obviously getting into a conversation about what you feel you deserve in regards to compensation for an issue isn’t something that is possible on my end, but some of the information provided here is not completely accurate.

There have seemingly been other noted conversations where the fact that this weekly bonus isn’t guaranteed has been advised to you, even as recently as the 7th of September. Ultimately you were provided a 50% bonus, but this again is an exception as it’s not the intended way the program works.

We also see that on all occasions for the issues mentioned above there was some compensation provided in the end to you and this wasn’t the only amounts provided to you for the issues mentioned above even over the past week. We can PM the amounts received for similar issues over the last few weeks if need be.

I completely understand your frustration here in regards to the 25% bonus not really being usable compared to the normal Bitcoin bonus, and it’s definitely a fair point that we’ll be addressing to our promotional team, but I would have to disagree that there have been no consequences and no compensation or recourse on your end.

Well, since I’ve had to contact about it multiple times for six straight weeks, I’ve obviously spoken to a handful of different supervisors about it. Two times (including today) I have been told that the offer is correct. Every other instance I have been apologized to, had it adjusted, and comp’d some small token. AS WELL AS a guarantee that it wouldn’t be an issue going forward and it had been personally escalated to promotions. I’m sure you can see all of those instances. If you can’t, I can send you the chat transcripts or phone recording. And why wouldn’t they agree with it being an incorrect offer? You, I, and anyone else can see that it’s wrong. If it happened once, hey mistakes happen. But six straight weeks. Promises made nearly every time that it’s been escalated and will be fixed going forward.

What service would PMing me the amounts of those compensations serve? I’m well aware of what I’ve received. Like I said, usually a small CS bonus that never hits playthrough as it is near impossible. So basically just more of a waste of time. Your “standard rollover” here is not competitive in the industry whatsoever, and it’s an insult to players when you try to tell us it is. I can show you that it’s not. But that’s beyond this one point you responded to.

After being told for how many straight weeks that someone is escalating this to promotions and it will be fixed… at what point do I start to believe it’s not going to actually happen? I have zero interest, zero whatsoever to give ignition another dime of my money after my experience with Devon today. And it’s just the latest. I’ve tried to stay loyal in good faith… but a spade is a spade. -$7k net loss in casino last month alone, and similar previous month. My resolve is quite strong and since this all has never been made right, (no superior or anyone has reached out and contacted me) etc… this is the reference ignition’s product has created

Oh, and to your last reply. What information that I provided was incorrect? I may have been advised something once or twice by a certain supervisor or two regarding this one issue and that the weekly offer isn’t guaranteed … but that’s not what your advertisement says. “Weekly guaranteed bitcoin deposit offers to exclusive accounts”. Right here on your page.

I definitely understand being confused from receiving back and forth information regarding this and certainly am not arguing with you on the point. It’s valid and deserves to be looked at for sure. As a moderator I do need to ensure the information provided over the Forum is accurate and provide some context, but I completely do get your frustration in regards to the issues above and will forward them off for review. I also apologize if supervisors or agents have promised you that this would be fixed when again it is actually the way the program works. (For better or worse obviously)

I never said it was completely incorrect, but you did offer that there’s been no consequences and that you haven’t really been comped for any of these issues, which simply isn’t accurate. As you’ve stated yourself you are aware of the bonuses issued for the items listed above and it is definitely more than $20. Perhaps not for the specific incident mentioned above, but for the items addressed in their entirety.

Also, again you have been previously provided information that this bonus isn’t a guaranteed 50% after being offered an exception for it and the real issue is actually with whoever advised you that this would be ‘fixed’ as it is intended to be a random 25-50%.

Lastly, I never stated this deposit bonus isn’t guaranteed, I’m merely stating that it isn’t guaranteed to be anything above 25% and receiving it this way isn’t something that needs to be fixed on an account level. Whether or not this should be changed altogether is however something I agree should be discussed.

So just for some clarity - you’re saying there are other members in my reward tier that went two full months without receiving any weekly deposit offer, and then when they contacted about it received two weeks at 50% lower requirement and 25,000 reward points. Just to have the following six straight weeks be a 25% with 35x casino only req while having a deposit net loss of at least $3k-$4k a month? Ok… just kidding on the first part of that as I’m sure no one had the exact same experience of getting nothing offered and such. But I am curious to know if others in my reward tier have received the unusable offer for six straight weeks now.

To be clear on my end, Foster, I stated most of those times I was comp’d and offer was adjusted immediately. My follow up point was that the small CS bonuses with 35x casino that I can count on one hand how many times I’ve played through “wasn’t really much of a compensation “. Sorry for the confusion

Not receiving the deposit offer at all is a completely different issue, but again one that you seem to have been compensated for. (Not that that fixes a mistake on our end obviously)

This is of course something that was likely a technical issue and we greatly apologize for as this is definitely a guaranteed part of the program page.

However, yes it would be normal for a player to receive the 25% bonus a few weeks in a row for the guaranteed weekly deposit offer. The program also generally offers 15000 points so receiving 25000 would have actually also been an exception that isn’t like to be offered with the automatic issuance unfortunately.

Well. It’s been six weeks on that. Way too much time spent contacting about it. If something is advertised as a benefit of an exclusive program, and the offer itself being guaranteed exclusive offer, then it should be exclusive. And usable. And it shouldn’t still be this way six weeks after that fact was first escalated to promotions.

One other question for you. regarding pointsback. Before this summer, I consistently received the random drops once every 6-10 days… sometimes in between maybe 11-13 days would go by. It was consistently that way for many many months since I started playing regularly.

On May 7th, I received the last random pointsback drop my account. When a few weeks went by, and I had been depositing thousands since, I contacted support and was told first that it would be dropping any time, and then later that I was suddenly no longer eligible for this perk. On my birthday on June 30th, I contacted about something else and mentioned to the supervisor how ridiculous it was that I was suddenly ineligible for this without prior warning and of course during a time when I was depositing so much. They said no, that’s not correct let me look into this. A short while later nearly 900,000 reward miles were dropped to my account (what I was due since the last on May 7th.). The supervisor then told me to contact them if I continued to not receive them dropped at random. Time went by… nothing. Contacted and they manually added them. And still to this day since May 7th I have not received another dropped at random. Every time I have had to wait at least two weeks and contact support to get them manually added. And it’s definitely not been the case of me withdrawing money often (rarely ever… couple very small ones in past two plus months), you can trust that haha.

So being that it’s been over two weeks since my last, I contacted support to have them added and was told that they no longer will do this. I kept depositing despite big losses and barrage of account issues because this has been the process that’s been happening since end of June. If it’s true that they can no longer add manually, why wouldn’t you notify me? It says in your player agreement that we will be notified of any change to bonus, program, or promotion at least seven days prior.

Consistency or some form of it is key. As you can see , my experience has been beyond distasteful

I will take a look into this for you for sure as I do see what you mean. This is technically a random issuance provided by the marketing team so we don’t generally have any specific details on when it will issue, but I do see that it hasn’t seemingly been issued at random in a while for you so perhaps there is another issue here. I’ll PM you once I have any details but this might take a bit of time to actually escalate.

I appreciate it. In the meantime, while we wait on that escalation, (another one that was already supposedly escalated multiple times long ago), I would be grateful for my due points to be added now as I am beyond two weeks and was counting on such being done as it has been done manually every time for the past few months. I deposited and lost regularly since the last expecting that to be the case. And hopefully upon YOUR escalation… these issues will actually get fixed and I may continue my business here. Just as an FYI I can’t really issue these manually as you discussed, but I can send some quick feedback over to marketing to have them take a quick look. This doesn’t always guarantee that it will be issued but they’ll at least take a look at the account.

Unlike the account issue which might take 24-48 hours this shouldn’t take as long.

Thanks. Is it true that support is no longer able to manually add these points? Even in situations such as mine? If it is… fine… but per the player agreement and how it’s been this way for months for me… I deserve to at least have this one currently due added now. And going forward hopefully they drop as they should (at random but not taking multiple months when I’m depositing a thousand a week).

If they were added manually for you this was likely done as an exceptions as technically it’s not something we’re really able to do. The pointsback is meant to be random and issued automatically as a surprise gift. I would assume the agents that completed this for you would have had to get approval for this as well.

IHMO Jack pot sit and go pure gamble for fun, But sometimes I play 50 c and 2 $. On 2 $ most I seen its 30$ win price. But on 50 C I seen 7.50 and $50 and even $100 . I have even photo somewhere. I dont win this game but if you see something like this - you are already a winner. I believe I get 5 dollars from 50 dollars game ( everybody get rewards ) and 10 on $100

150,000 points down the drain in casino per usual. Same exact manner as always where you don’t hit a single win when closing in on rollover. No changes to announce … carry on. At least the mods on this forum give honest and punctual replies. So that’s a win.
