I have helped my family and friends with debt, and helped my siblings with their education. For myself, it has taken some serious stress off of my shoulders as my father and I started a new business right before the pandemic began and this money will help me grow the business 10 fold! One concern I have is that I want to make sure I follow any laws and regulations in my state as we do not allow domestic online casinos, but from my reading international casinos are legal, so if anyone has any advice I would love to hear it! (I am meeting with a lawyer and an accountant later this week).

Not sure if your question was answered yet - but your winnings will not be reported by IGN, if you choose to show the winnings as a capital gain then that is a personal decision. However if you are paid out via crypto and you live in the US and sell your crypto for usd on an exchange then the IRS will 100% have visibility because the exchange by law has to submit a form showing the amounts of crypto sold. Alternatively you can exchange crypto for USD using a peer 2 peer platform for less visibility.
Just an update for everyone, I was not allowed to withdrawal all of the funds at once and I ended up losing a lot in the meantime (First time having that much in an account and it got to me) although from what I have read other casinos (even crypto casinos) usually work with big winners to withdrawal in large amounts and Ignition would not work with me. At the end of the day if anyone else somehow wins big like this I’d recommend giving your log in to a trusted friend or family member who does not gamble and teach them how to withdrawal for you so you don’t have any temptations like the ones I had.

So you’re telling us they invited you to glorify your win on this forum but wouldn’t let you withdraw all the money ? That’s pretty sad from a multi million dollar operation. I would encourage anyone that wins a big one to just say “No” to posting info about the wins….Until they payout in full.
