NBA $50+5 Satellite Entry

Last Night, the following tournament ran:
$7.70 - Sat. to any $50 +5 NBA Tip-Off Event - 15 Seats GTD (Turbo), which awarded 15 $55 tickets to be used for an NBA Event.

There are no $55 NBA Tip Off Events. The Nightly $55, which was what the tournament is always a satellite for, has been switched to GSPO. Additionally, there are no other $55 NBA Tournaments scheduled. When I reached out support, they were extremely rude and said there is nothiing they can do, before ending the chat when i asked if there would be more scheudled in the furure.

Am i just out of luck? It is crazy that they are running Satty’s (Collecting over $1K in entry Fees) for fake tournaments. The GSPO are nightly’s are scheudled through the end of november, which is way too late for them to ever bring back the NBA event

Additionally, on the Promo Page, it says that from the 2nd to the 22nd there would be a nightly $55 $8K Omaha Mtt on the schedule, but that is nowhere to be found

Just want to circle back here. After discussing with the team, I’ve learned that this promotion will continue until October 31st. You can regularly check the lobby for the listed tournaments. Below are the details I have at the moment.

But this list doesn’t have any $55 tournaments listed, so how is this of any help?

Why is the nightly Omaha tournament that was promised not there?

Based on the information I received, the tournament promotion runs until the end of October, so you can periodically check for your ticket as it will be available until October 31st for different date and time. I took a screenshot of what I see on my end to confirm this as last night those option wasn’t available. Just keep monitoring the lobby for the buy-in amount, as the ticket will expire on November 1st, 2024.

So if it gets to November 1st it will just expire and we will never get the chance to use it?

Can you explain how that is fair? We have never had the opportunity

Hello, any updates to this? Will thrre be more $50 nba tourneys added before 31st? I have 4 of these ticket and no way to use them.

Yes this is a possibility, I would advise you keep your eyes open for new tournaments.

No there won’t be. They have been telling us this every day for 3 weeks but the series ends this week and nothing new has been added

I don’t understand why they won’t just be exchanged for a normal $55 ticket. You guys ran satellites with no tournament to use the tickets in.

That is the definition of a scam

I have 4 $50+$5 tickets… and chat won’t help, they keep saying just keep looking and it’lll pop up!

I play low stakes mainly and had been mostly satellites and these 4 tickets are a bulk of my winnings :frowning:

we’ve all had our eyes peeled for $55 nba tournaments but there aren’t any… just $75, $100, $25, $12, $10, etc… but no $50+$5.

I have 4 of these tickets that i grinded and i’ve been practicing on working up to $50 but i can’t use any of the 4 tickets?? It expires in 2 days but I haven’t seen a SINGLE $55 nba tourney… let alone four!!!

all support tells me is to keep looking but no actual solutions or answers are given :(.
