Why did you close my thread and say to DM you, but then turn off your accounts to DM so I can’t submit evidence
@Bianca you guys closed my previous thread without ever offering any of us a resolution.
I won a $55 NBA ticket on 10/14, there were no $55 nba tournaments that ran from 10/14 - 10/31, I have now lost the ticket without ever having the chance to use it.
Your support tried telling me I did have a chance, and when I asked for proof, I had the chat ended on me.
I do recall checking on this on October 29 and was informed by the team that the tournament was currently ongoing. At that time, I also found a tournament available for that day with late registration, which I mentioned in the previous thread.
That is a lie. Please send the name and date of the tournament you are referring to. You keep saying that but there have multiple users who have confirmed there were not any avaliable.
Attached is the the tournament schedule, which $55 on the 29th are you referring to, @bianca. I’m very tired of being told that this is my fault when you guys ran a scam like this
We were advised that tickets were issued previous to the tournaments closing.
You were advised of this, and players were asked to PM us if they had any information to the contrary. We can then look at this on a one to one basis.
