@moderators can someone reach out to me on dm bc I’m not receiving the verification text despite the last 4 numbers that are visible being correct.
I’d ask you to reach out to CS team via chat option so they can help you with troubleshooting.
I’ve seen this with some SMS text systems, non-native-to-a-hardware-provider cell numbers sometimes are not in the SMS gateway verification systems use. Like Google Voice numbers or other software-based numbers are registered differently and not based on geographic areas. Try a significant others’ phone number or someone you trust.
