Yeah, it’s been ridiculous lately. Not going to deposit until we get bonuses of some sort.

Note, the poker and casino issues are separate and we actually haven’t found any common reports of any Poker issues at the moment. We have a thread HERE containing the casino issue.
will second that i am having every single issue in this thread. Multiple common reports everywhere…
Poker doesn’t work through app or browser… get kicked out ever 10-15 minutes.
OMG you’re so right I don’t even think about that when it freezes up on me and it’s just spinning and spinning and spinning you exit out and you go back and you do it again yeah you don’t get that money especially when you’re on a roll we’re in the middle of a bonus it does get very frustrating.
If any Ignition rep thinks there is no problem with players repeatedly being booted from cash games check the 2+2 forum. It’s widespread and poker is unplayable at the moment

This is my fourth attempt at even typing a reply to this thread after getting refreshed and logged out the past 3 attempts. Hopefully this message goes thru.
When this first started to occur for me 3-4 hours ago while I was signed up for multiple tournaments, a help representative told me to clear all cache and cookies, as well as hook up to wifi. ( I play thru my phone, cellular network was solid, but per their request I connected to wifi and cleared cache and cookies, also have screenshots of the entire chat)
His method seemed to work. For 5 minutes or so before I was logged out and refreshed to home everytime I attempted to login and get back in the tournament.
I contacted a second representative after the same instance error occurred. Even though there’s a message on the homepage currently stating multiple disconnections in poker and the casino this, this representative stated that since no outages were reported, upper management would have to review my case to determine if I could be refunded since I was being blinded out.
I have screenshotted all communication. If this doesn’t get resolved, I will be moving on from ignition poker even though the platform fits me.

Ridiculous they say accounts have been credited but I didn’t receive a penny in credit and I didn’t screenshot getting kicked off every spin, so when you steal spins and pots from us were just screwed, I believe ignition needs to compensate every player in this forum a courtesy chip or bonus credit $100 down the drain trying to play, not kool! WE WANT A GRATUITY CHIP FOR THIS ISSUE WE ALL DESERVE AN APOLOGY ALONG WITH A BONUS. Something like this “We at ignition recognize the network and technical issues you have experienced we are giving you $$$??? To show our appreciation for your patience while we had this issue resolved” or something close to that!!!
Yeah ignition doesn’t care they have obviously no problem taking and keeping our money, I don’t mind losing because it’s a gamble but when they steal the money with there messed up glitches it’s not kool.
