I can only assume that’s how it played out. That was the refund we were advised from the Casino team.

Well I’m glad to finally have closure so I dont have to think about this anymore. I’m very satisfied with the level of support that the moderators have offered, one would be hard pressed to find better communication and prompt effort anywhere on the web. I commend you. I would also like to offer my sincere appreciation to the casino team for issuing a prompt resolution and credit. Unfortunately I will never be able to believe that this was simply a software glitch nor do I think for one second that those bonus spins with a $25 bet only paid out $350. Maybe on an average day, but not that day. Every bonus was returning Megs wins that day and $350 would not even qualify as a big win on a $25 bet. With that said I close this chapter and walk away a bit wiser and with one less thing weighing on my mind. Thanks again for your help in resolving this issue.

This is common it’s happened to me this casino is scammers taking our money. Not legit at all

@Billy2219 This simply isn’t true and we assure you we aren’t taking anyone’s money. In fact, if you read through the thread you’ll see that this was in fact dealt with accordingly and we did provide compensation for this issue.
One thing I wanted to point out to everyone is that if you’re using online casinos know that you are in some way shape or form are being manipulated. No this isn’t some conspiratorial theory. Everyone that gambles online will build confidence on a particular game and once that happens you can either come out with a victory or be shot down. Casinos will give you a taste early in the round with a satisfactory win and then they leave it up to you to create your own destiny. Should you cash out? Do you wanna play a couple more? What happens if I increase my bet? When I get a win 10x my bet or higher I leave and play another game because I know that casinos are betting that I will do the opposite. You might ask yourself why should I leave? What if I’m missing out on something more? Me personally I’m not interested in finding out because I’m here to get as many tastes as I can before I cash out. Sorry for the unsolicited advice. And if you are one of those people who can spend $25 a spin then use the 5 - 10 pull rule and stick to that rule once you’re 5 - 10 spins are done move and try another game. Get the taste and then leave.
