What’s going on with messaging, can’t talk to anyone for the life of me. It’s ridiculous

Customer support chat takes 3 days to talk to anyone … horrible service
That isn’t generally the case, CS work 24/7 but of course it will be busier at certain times, due to the high amount of contact received.
