I being here for a long time just shared the issue of not having free demo versions available and is the only way to test which machines to try so this feature is gone very sad since this is one of my casino spots. I reached support hope @moderators can reach marketing and upper management to fix this.

same thing no PRATICE MODE OR FREE DEMO anymore
I just checked on few games and the Practice Mode was still there. You need to log out, click on the game, then “X” (do not log in) and it will redirect you to Practice Play.

Sorry but I tried your tip of not login in but you can’t play unless your login unless theres another secret you need to share
Log out of your account and load the game.
When it asks you to login simply close the login box, and you can play on freeplay.
I try but I can play without login in please review the images unless theres another trick I don’t know '-)
I’m able to load the games without logging into my account.
Can you please attempt the following troubleshooting steps and advise of the outcome?
Please use Google Chrome in order to log in to the account, or a different browser if you have been using Google Chrome.
Clear cache & cookies.
Log in on a tab in incognito mode.
Restart your device/ try a different device
Try accessing site with mobile data.
Well if you pay attention the freeplay is using the software not the browser and I being in technology since 1989 BUT thanks for the tip base on your instructions you want me to try playing the freeplay or DEMO on the browser not the software I will try it but I always used the poker software for freeplay, demo play and regular play will be testing your new instructions because even if I being in IT for a long time Im open to knew ways and this those not have anything to do with cookies or cache so I will try the browser and see if I can play the freeplay or demo on the browser I let you know how it goes.
I try I follow your instructions using the browser in standard mode and icognito no way to play feeplay or demo without login in to the account in either way poker software or browser
Thanks for the tips but not working no cookies no cache you need to login or bring back the freeplay feature since support said it was removed due to marketing decision see you soon
I will need to have your account escalated for further support. As advised, free play mode is still available; I was able to access it. It hasn’t been removed.
With that being said, can you please provide me with a screenshot of what you see when trying to play our slots in demo mode?
I don’t know how else you will understand and if the screenshots I share is not enough only a video will let you see and confirm what I shared please understand I being at ignition for a long time as a player and contributor and my time cost money if you want more evidence please review what I share if you want a video I will need a bonus on my account since you still don’t understand that I confirmed with the CHAT SUPPORT and also with “Ignition Casino Customer Service” service@ignitioncasino.eu that this feature was removed by the marketing team is you now that need to scalate this message to right department and @moderators I already spend time following your instructions and it seems like if not enoug evidence those images you share could be from when the feature was available and here’s an image I share with support when it stared not showing play games and demos on ‎November ‎29, ‎2023 so you either scalate this or share a video so far this feature is gone but I do have places to play demos but not here anymore.
I have also share feedbacks for improvement so please scalate this to the right deparment or share a video my time is money and I already spend enough time replying to you
@EMELO_123 It works fine for me, just checked.
Go to browser not the poker client , don’t log in, search for slot u want to demo/practice play and click on it, when asks you to login click the x top right corner and game will load practice play mode with $1000 in play money. Super easy.
Also just fyi game availability on browser can be different than what’s offered on the poker client.

@Effie I think what @EMELO_123 is saying is he can no longer enter practice play using the poker client.
Practice play works fine using the browser but game availability/selection varies depending on whether your using the browser or the poker client. The game he’s trying to enter practice play might only be available on poker client.
@moderators this member is top contributor like me @Graperolla share details no shared by the staff but just to confirm @Graperolla instructions are correct he and me deserve a bonus on our account I review the screen recording that the staff should have shared but this only works on the phone not the PC browser but his intructions where profesional thank you it worked on the phone but not on the PC browser but you deserve a bonus on your account but a bonus with zero wager my friend and tested on the PC BROWSER it does work there too YOUR AMAZING
