Is anybody else experiencing the same game play which has gone to crap. Its like there is no more big wins or even small wins. What gives??? Especially that stupid leprechaun game. I have played it several times and cant get the bonus. Wth has bappend to Ignition. I have seen a huge difference in game play over the past 3 years. I just hope you guys will not get more greedy and keep lowering the payback percent. Seriously its so obvious. Dissapointed customer.

It can be super frustrating when those wins (big or small) seem to dry up, especially on games you’ve played and enjoyed before.
Just to reassure you, all our games, including that tricky leprechaun one, run on a Random Number Generator (RNG), which means everything is completely fair and random. Nothing’s been changed behind the scenes to lower payouts or tighten gameplay.
That said, we hear you. Your experience matters, and we never want you to feel like things aren’t fun anymore. Sometimes the wins just aren’t falling your way, but we’re always happy to look into any specific rounds or sessions if you’d like us to double-check.

It’s unfair business practice at this point. Ignition Casino ran up $200,000 in losses and refused a free play. Platinum Level has zero benefits only received free spins once. I’m definitely having all this investigated.

There is a huge difference in this platform in the past 2 to 3 months. I used to receive free bonuses every week and it’s been over two months now without one. I get the exact same automated response from every agent which is so rude and disrespectful with the money we spend here. I’ve been here coming up on three years and have you never had such horrible play, which is completely obvious they do not want to pay anyone. The agents Don’t even pretend to try to help you. I’m so disgusted with this platform that i haven’t made a deposit in a week. They have no customer service care, nor customer loyalty, nor customer appreciation for any players since atleast 3 months ago. Im sick of being blatantly robbed of money on slots and now you dont even get a free bonus for your wounds. Showing their true interest by offering the same deposit only bonus after you already spent 500 to 1000 that day. The exact automated responses given and I’m sick of this.

Ive never been more than a week or 2 without a free bonus because i play almost every day and spend hard earned money here. Now gor months nothing and the agents dont even act like they know how to do their jobs. Same exact responses word for word. So disrespectful and unprofessional that an agent can’t even type their own lying responses.
