Hi Davy, I am new here and am trying to understand my different balances. No one ever answers live chat. I have an available to withdraw amount and two different locked amounts.
Also, I think part of my bonus was for poker, but I looked at the poker side of the house and can’t figure it out either.

@Jaxson59 So you have locked cash, withdrawable cash and bonus funds.
The locked cash will turn into withdrawable cash once the rollover on the bonus is complete, or if you choose to forfeit it.
Locked bonus is for poker play, as you play poker using cash you get points and this bonus will unlock in increments and turn to cash.

I don’t know how this can happen and if the system is messed up why take more money from people. They should refund all money cause this is their problem not ours and it’s really fishy I won’t put anymore money in my account until I see some kind of sorry financially.
