Been playing a ton, have never received a single point drop, non deposit bonus and was told I don’t qualify for crypto rewards anymore because they’re full? So I don’t get crypto cash back. Not really sure what the point is in playing anymore if this is the loyalty program.

You do qualify for the crypto exclusive rewards, however you would not get cashback, just the spins and points, but you will need to make a deposit over $30 or over with crypto to get these every week.
