@LennoxWay Only when closing the software? Have they ever disappeared while the software is still open?
Nope. I opened and closed last 2 times in 2 days. and notes disappears… I did it today because hand history wasnt showing. Forgot when I did it yesterday it erased…But confirming, it erases when we log out.
