Ive been waiting on a lighting bitcoin withdrawal since 3pm, its 11pm now, and with support down this entire situation isnt goving me a good feeling
different casino on an earlier day this week I hit a $50 plinko ball for 1000X played 10 more balls and immediately went to withdraw a portion of it said I wasn’t allowed because my balance was to low. talked to support and they said my plinko had hit a 0.2 and not a 1000x … went back to game and sure as turd my balance was $10. but how did I play the extra 10 balls? I went back and asked support and they said game error the win was void. I’ve noticed a lot of funny things happening on online casinos lately
over the last two weeks or so I have been using BTC lightning for withdrawls almost daily, and three or four times, out of probably 12, did not instant process. whenever that would happen I just chat customer support real quick and have them cancel it, and then Id redo it and it would go instant. Or I just use ETH and the withdrawls have been within 5 minutes as of late. obviously CS is down right now but BTC lightning withdrawls are always supposed to be instant. If they don’t instant process, something went wrong. and that’s what I tell CS when they try to tell me wait 24 hours. I say, no thanks, just cancel my withdrawl please and thanks

Just tried CS and it seems like they’re down. The bigger problem is there was no warning of maintenance! So everyone better get bonus miles added. Especially since deposits and withdrawals are stuck in the balance. This isn’t how you handle finances of the players. Ignition Casino better make it right and give thorough explanation.

Made a deposit last night, it has over 50 confirmations. Figured it was a glitch, so made another this morning and nothing. Then decided maybe check forums, and low and behold there are issues.
Maybe put that on the homepage, so my money is not sitting in limbo?

Basically there’s no accountability for deposits and withdrawals missing. It’s obvious that something significant is happening. Enough to pause all transactions for hours with no warning. We had to literally post about maintenance to get a disclaimer up. This place has slowed down and it’s very suspicious. If bonus miles are not added there will be more issues.
