**Notice: Deposit/Withdrawal and Service Issues – April 20–21, 2025**

The only disclaimer is that customer service is not available and maintenance. Should say, deposit issues, or deposits not showing up. Without this info, people will deposit then wait, then get frustrated, which is not good for the company. just saying

Exactly! No disclaimer when i log in. Only when i try to use chat. Very shady the fact that how many people have tried to make a deposit in the 12 hours that i know of deposits not working.

As soon as we received reports of technical issues, we promptly posted a banner on the forum and created a dedicated thread to centralize all related information. Also, am i going to have to follow up with customer service on the 2 deposits i have sitting out there? Or will they show in my account automatically when this is all resolved?

I do hope there is some kind of compensation for this hassle. Understand you all do not handle that, but the site needs to make this right

Is there any time frame estimation? I really need my withdrawal!

Unfortunately we have received nothing at this time, and have very limited contact to other departments,

Checked the other sister sites, apparently this is affecting all of the .lv locations. guessing it is going to a while. ah well, i heard there was this green stuff outside, some call it grass, i think i’ll go take a look

No my issue is nothing posted on the site itself when you login. So how many people are making deposits or withdrawals not know there is an issue ? Only if they come to the forum page? Not everyone even knows about the forum page. Not right. Need to let people know before hand.

You can see my screenshot. There is no notice there.

Only one sister site is showing a notice.

You can try clearing cache and cookies, but there is one there i can see it.
