My deposit showed completed like it always does but didnt show up on ignition. and i made a deposit to mybookie casino and it went through i was able to play and everything its not a crypto issue

Since you can’t access accounts individually can’t you add some kind of system generated bonus that will go out to all the players that have logged in and or have made the attempt of depositing since yesterday. This is honestly so disrespectful to all your loyal players who have possibly been with the casino for years. You guys have blocked all our sources of communication to the casino like we are some collection agency trying to get our money back and sending us straight to voicemail. It’s honestly suspicious and embarrassing. You guys can’t even talk to players directly because something is happening on your guys end that honestly you guys know you dropped the ball this got out of hand real quick and it seems like you guys don’t even know what you guys are gonna do.

I’ve been waiting all day for my bitcoin deposit to credit and nothing and ur help desk is still down with no updates. What is going on? U have reduced our perks without notification and u take deposits when they cannot be credited right now. Why not just shut down and not let us deposit in the first place rather than hold everyone’s money.

@moderators why does the note say: “Current deposits and withdrawal processing times are not subject to the same delay”. but i have two deposits sitting, 1 for 16 hours and 1 for 7 hours that have not shown up in my account.

Reason i tried, another site stated future stuff is working, they are working on the backlog of the other stuff.

Why is the casino complete silent on this issue ?
They are not posting a warning on the front page . There no message when logging in . There’s no emails . You can not contact support.
You can not cancel your withdraw . Which makes it where you can’t deposit until the withdraw is complete.
Why are there no mods replying any information on this issue . Over 12 hours with the issue , going on a whole 24 hours .
