As a hosted player, shouldn’t we have been notified of these issues? Why can’t we contact our host?
Oh that’s crazy I thought that’s I thought it was bad when I couldn’t get through the of telephone it was saying the number was disconnected or something then now it’s ringing again and someone’s answering but of course they just put you on hold for 3 hours
I love how they say it’ll be fixed shortly but yet 20 hours goes by
My guess, they have to go through all the records by hand and process all the transactions. with as many people play on all 4 sites, that can take a while. just a guess though. as far as the mods, give them a bit of leniency, couple people answering everyones questions and complaints on the boards. they are just mods, not customer service.
FYI, i am also the first one to call for torches and pitchforks, just in a decent mood at the moment i guess
@moderators i really need to know how to go about this, because anything done will have to be done from this end, not my wallets, and if the invoice expires, before the issues are fixed or before i can cancel it, im not tryjng to gk theough more problems to retrieve the money i won and tried to cashout, and bitcoin lighting hasnt ever gave me issues, so ive never payed attention to if i can cancel it amd whatnot, also is inztant normally so no time to cancle it. Right now its still stuck lending review, and im not given the option to cancel or reduce, as i would with other crypto, meaning CS is needed, which isnt around rn, so how would i go about this or how to handle this, so everything is as smootb as we can possibly make it, lightning bitcoin invoices USUALLY, key word, usually expire in 72 hours, its been more than 24 and counting, so theres a limited time window to achive anything helpful or productive regarding this
Also not trying to break any rules on this forum, but it is relavent information, a certain related gaming platform, if thats okay to say, has atarted processing future transactions, and trying to clear pending ones, how close are we getting to that point? I know yall are doing everything possible and i appreciate it immensely, but wkth no information about my lightning withdrawal, and seeing the other platform making a ton of progeess, while not seeing anything much here, i have to ask and i have to ensure that if anything else goes wrong, i would be able to still cashout as normal and my funds returned, all that jazz.
Give us our $%@& money!!! Its been more than 24hrs. I cant even deposit because i have a withdrawl that needs to be finished. This is not a glitch. This is a money grab fmto use our bitcoin. You cant even deposit bitcoin on Bovada either. Then you lie to us saying your doing maintence work and put up some lame ass statement about how the live chat system is not working. Its just easier to shut your customers out and make up crap as you go along. Your a world wide casino gaming platform. This shit has been going on now for over 24hrs. We are so tired of hearing that statement ““Sorry for the inconvience””,because your not. Pull your head out of your greedy asses and give us our money!!!
The fact that the CS isn’t working is extremely concerning, if you make any deposit until this problem is fully restored, you are playing with fire!
Because they are using our bitcoin to make some extra money. This isnt some malfunction. You can deposit all you want but when it comes to bitcoin they are getting it coming in and going out. Then they shut down all communication to its customers because its our money they are using to benefit from.
Never thought about it our lightning invoice expires by the time the fix this . Well we still get our funds .

My new deposit this afternoon went through but still yesterday deposit it hasn’t been cleared yet but anything new is going through

Just wanted to add that I made a withdraw with litecoin last night, I’ve already received it but it still shows pending and cannot be cancelled and because of this, it doesn’t allow deposits and withdraws. Just letting y’all know.
