So we are going on 24 hrs (minimum) and still nothing!!! What the hell!!
Maybe I missed this somewhere but are we going to at least get some transparency on the actual situation? Are we going to be told what’s going on at least? Because our team is working on it is not good enough. With no transparency, we can only be led to believe that we are being stolen from, or that we’re not important enough to know what’s going on. Either way Y’all think that we’re stupid and I still see no banners saying not to deposit or anything.

You know what the bonuses being changed recently and what I can only see is greed from the changes of the ignition miles rewards. I can’t say that I’m not surprised with what’s going on right now. I had to wait 7 hours on my bitcoin cash deposit. They wouldnt offer bonuses or anything while i waited. Then most of the agents use the same automated responses which makes you feel like you dont even matter although you spend a lot of money here. Spend over 2 hours talking to bot agents and only getting apologies. Some of them use the exact same automated responses as the agent before them . Shows laziness on ignition casino and disrespect to us as players. I once said my dog died today and the agent said great to hear now how about i do my best and work some magic on a free bonus.
It shows they have zero respect for their players. You would think they would atleast tell us something. Without us there is no them. They know we will never stop playing here. They know once they are up and running and they throw us a little comp bone like $25 bucks or something we will forgive them and forget it and move on with life. I love this casino. First time I ever played I won $8000.00 off a $25.00 dollar deposit. I was hooked. That was the plan. But I agree this is beyond disrespectful to not at least give us some kind of update. There is a lot of people here with thousands and thousands of dollars not knowing if they are going to get it back, if they’ve lost it or the casino got hacked. We know nothing. They just seem to be going down hill past few months. RTP is nothing like it should be. Past few months ive been basically donating my money. Slots can be bad luck sometimes but over 500 spins and not one bonus win…come on. That has to be programed. I totally agree on that. I play every day and I have watch it go straight down. Make a deposit and you might double that deposit once on a win, thin like you said, one bonus then no more bonus you lose. I used to play all day on 1 deposit and at any giving time cash out and be up. Now it deposit, 10 minutes deposit, 10 minutes deposit. I been going through it

This really is pretty infuriating. I completely understand technical issues and generally have patience with them, but the no communication thing is super shitty. I was already losing my patience with the tech issues I experience 90% of the time I play poker (no matter how many times I refresh, clear my cache, restart, or change devices), so with this on top of it, I’m over it. If this site cant identify and fix its tech issues, it makes me very nervous about its ability to handle all the money people put into it. The VERY LEAST they can do is let us know what the problem is, what they’re doing about it, and when they expect it to be fixed.
Usdt works for crypto by the way. I feel like ignition casino lost some big jackpots and making most games lose intentionally to rebound their funding. Who knows but 500 spins without a bonus or win…no odds are that bad. Thats some foolery lol about tired of trying here after 2 years

Problems that happened on sunday the 20th corrected themselves. Now deposited at 654 am today and still waiting at 10pm for my deposit to go through.

Agreed. It’s been 25 hours for me. It’s really unfortunate . Like you said, crypto delays or other issues can happen and to that point I would think most experienced players try to be patient but the way this is being handled (or more appropriately, not being handled) is the truly unfortunate part. This will damage their reputation and the trust that all affected players had for them prior to this incident. That damage will continue to get worse exponentially with ever passing hour and the optics are so bad from anyone’s standpoint that I don’t understand how they’re response is simply to not respond. Hopefully we all get our deposits soon and are able to then appropriately hand over our money as per usual. Lol. Good luck all !
