Nah more like studied charts be seen the rise coming and riding it out for a profit then depositing at the rate when we sent. It’s already up nearly $2000 since my missing deposit, almost certainly there’s a chart reading savant on support/accounting team. Might not feel like much across 1 or 2 deposits but across many it’s a nice payday.

Some people pay good money for that! Nah we will get it, can’t see them losing out on all the other money I spend here over stealing a a $50 deposit, it would literally be walking over dollars to pick up dimes. I’ve deposited $250 today after initial issues with no problems.
But it just seems unfair the rate wouldn’t be adjusted if it gains to me but I know it won’t. If btc cut in half im sure it would be adjusted quick fast and in a hurry, who knows I may be wrong. Im cranky from waiting, I’ll give them benefit of the doubt and see where it’s at when I wake up.
Maybe I’ll be surprised and if not, small price to pay and worth the minimal loss to be enlightened enough to move on.

Confirmations currently = 689 and counting… Customer service is still “under maintenance “ and I am wondering why there hasn’t at least been an email or site player message sent regarding the crypto service issue. I’m at 31hrs and just now realized that I could find information here on Forums. I am very dismayed by the lack of transparency from a business that runs at such a massive scale. I guess that waiting shall continue to be my play. SMH

@Akhilla i have a lightning withdrawal thats now over 2 days old, what’s going to happen when the invoice expires before this fixed, and if something were to go bad, whats to happen with it?

There will be no issues with lost funds. We appreciate this is frustrating for a lot of players but just ask for a little patience at this team while our tech guys sort this out

Righr but what should i do when it does expire, ive been awake for most of tbe last 3 days watchjng and i cant even cancle the transaction, lightning bitcoin withdrawals has never pended review before, its always been instant, and since CS is atill down, what is the way to.go about this all, especially because most people here are having issues with depostis, and mine being a withdrawal is the odd issue out
