Guys we have been advised that CS are coming back on line, they will likely be very busy, but if you need to speak to them you should be able to get through soon.
I just spoke with support and got through in quick fashion. I’ll still be waiting on my deposit due to the issues but I’m super happy with the resolution offered. Generous and restored my faith in Ignition.

I tried to be patient, but this is getting to be bs. I have the addresses that the bitcoin was sent to, they either need to pull those up and give me my money or get off their butts and get this resolved.
while my deposits are nothing compared to some peoples, it is still my money that this company is messing around with

$450 has not been credited to my account since 9pm on 4/20. All the details show it went through to you guys without a problem. I’ve made multiple calls to just be stuck on hold. I’ve emailed multiple times no response yet. Today I finally get through to someone who says they are looking into it and gave me no real answer. This very frustrating and concerning given how much money I’ve spent on this platform.

So I talk to C/S and they see that I made a deposit but for some reason they are not able to load it at this time. Im frustrated as heck. But I also do understand they probably got hacked again just not telling us. I have been a player here for years and I’m the first to get mad and go off when this happens. One thing I can say is they have always made it right after the outage. Getting more pissed off isn’t going to change the fact that til this thing is fixed we will not get our money and will will not get our withdraw. Believe me I am not happy either but I do have faith in them and I know they will make it right. I’m only making this statement for others that haven’t been through this. I have been through like 3 of these and it sucks. I play every day and enjoy this site. Yes I’m not happy how they have handled this by leaving us in the dark for days but that’s what they do. I do understand because if not you would have to explain to thousands of players and they just don’t have the ability to do this. So for you guys that are newer here as long as you did your stuff correctly and you have proof you will get your money. I have never known ignitions to ever steal money from anyone.
I dnt understand why they dnt comp the money we sent and either not add it to are accounts or deduct it if in the unlikely event that we do win
The compensation they give isn’t worth it.
There are poker players on here who play to make money .
These players study poker ,use charts , do the math every hand for their equity,pot odds ,
Having where where I can not withdraw . Or deposit, or play . While my money is tied up into these issues is costing me money . It’s costing me expected value .
I asked for a poker tournament ticket . Because that’s where my funds would go . And have better odds making a profit on a poker game .
But they are unable to give me poker compensation.
But gave me a $50 bonus only for the casino that needs a $1,750 wager requirements to even be able to use it for poker . Or even withdraw .
Thats why I usually ask for a $10 bonus every time , easier to win 500x on reels with kick off a .50 cent spin and cash out $100, then to try and win anything off $50,
I’ve cashed out from a $10 bonus several times over the years . Never anything over $10 tho .

Don’t give me a bonus I can only use on the casino .
Give me funds that I can do what I wanted with when I made my deposit.
