once again, denied a seat to the freeroll

yet again, the ignition is able to take my ticket no problem, but refuses to allow me to take my seat.

this time it’s “only” the freeroll. well, second week in a row (Why does ignition still have so many problem letting players take their seat?)

how on earth does a casino not get this right? EASY MONEY just take it from the player who is eager to take a seat. refusing to seat someone is the LAST thing a casino would want to do and should be THE HIGHEST PRIORITY BUG to fix!

moreover, it’s a ripoff, even if the ticket is “free”, it’s part of the enticement for me to play tournaments throughout the week. part of what i am buying with that is an entry into the freeroll, and twice now in as many weeks i have been ripped off out of any chance of the prize money i was promised i had a chance to get.

this bug needs to be fixed for all players and i (and anyone else affected) need to be compensated for this.

Hi @unblock63,

We reviewed your account and discovered that you were indeed unable to participate in the tournament. We understand how frustrating this can be, so we have replaced the ticket. Please keep in mind that we have received no reports from our Technician indicating problems. We will certainly share any information we obtain.

This also happened to me and when I contacted customer service they basically blamed me and denied any issues. Also with new tickets every week for players as myself , who deposit every day, a reimbursement of the ticket means nothing. As it will just be an extra to expire. How does making players wait for another week compensate anything when they were shorted today

no reports of problems getting seated after paying for a tournament??

are you kidding me??

this happens all the time !!

it’s especially bad when entering a tournament within 60 seconds of the official start time, but the problem is not confined to that.

it happens maybe 5-10% of the time i enter a tournament, though it’s been more lately.

this has been an ongoing problem literally for years!
