I’m trying to figure out what is happening. So last week my wife made a deposit with debit card. She bought $30 dollars. Was off cash app. So payment went through. 2 days later the payment went from $33.00 and change to $71.00 charge from blue academy. So after talking to customer service they said only charge was $33.00. So why does it say blue academy changed it. They said they didn’t see it. My wife dispute it with cash app and received a refund. Her account is disabled for it. So long story short I see it on mine same thing. Then two days ago it happens to my son. He bought $90 dollars after fees it was $95.00 and change. Next morning it change to $189.00 to blue academy which made his card -$89.00 dollars. Debit doesn’t go negative most of time. He calls ignition and same thing, they don’t see it from there end. He files a dispute. Cash app say they will return money, ignitions disabled his account and he spends $10,000 a month. So I called and can’t find nothing out. Im thinking cash app is ripping people off. Has this happened to anyone else. I’m trying to figure it out cause we as loyal customer aren’t trying to rip the casino off, someone is stealing from us, then we get disabled from the game cause it looks like it only happens through blue academy. I found to on mine where I bought $30.00 dollars and it was changed to $70.00 that I owed and I never bought 70.00. I was hoping sending this out I could be contacted by someone that deals in this with the casino so we can figure out who is stealing from us. I love playing ignition, so does my wife and son but by this happing we all are losing money.
These are usually additional charges that are not from us.
They can be charges for currency conversion, or international transfers etc

same issue so i have beengetting charged 2 times each deposit on ignitions side so i have to figure it out and started to pay attention its 2 fees one ontop of the other and i was going to use cash app i want to have all my options open i dont want situations blocking my options to use cash app was it linked im not linking it if you use cash app no deposit fees right… or more problems and blocked accounts … seriously
