I played through almost 3% of my casino bonus playthrough but it still shows I’m at 0%. Does this take time to update or am I missing something.

This is likely due to the games you are playing.
Only slots will contribute 100% to rollover.
If you are playing Roulette for example this is only 5% so you would need to wager 20x more.

I’m having the same issue. On slots, just spent an hour and wagered at least 5% of my playthrough requirement for a crypto deposit match. But the playthrough progress bar in my bonuses still says 0%.
(also, on a somewhat different topic - nowhere in the deposit bonus terms does it mention that the playthrough requirement is calculated not based on the bonus amount, but on the sum of both the bonus and the original deposit! That seems rather sketchy - why should a playthrough req be applied to actual real funds I’ve already deposited?!
We do see that your Rollover has changed, but isn’t more than 1% completed so hasn’t gone down a percentage unfortunately. Note this bonus is only available for casino play, so your Poker play hasn’t affected this. As for the last point this is detailed in the bonus terms and conditions:
That is incorrect. My staked amount in slot play (which is supposed to count towards playthrough at 100%) was $107.00 on a total required of $2137.10. That’s over 5%.
At the time I was just reviewing what the meter had shown but I have looked at this further and your play matches up. We’ll escalate to see if there’s an issue or we’re simply missing something.
The marketing team has now responded to me and Hot Drop Jackpots do not contribute to rollover which seems to be the reason you didn’t get any for that first session.
Excuse me?! Those are slot games aren’t they? Where did it say that? Certainly not in the Bonus Terms and Conditions, which I read closely multiple times when trying to figure out what was going on.

It would depend on what games you were playing. not all games will contribute 100% to rollover, and some do not contribute at all. You can see more info here.
Im having the same issue sorta my bonus funds were locked until i wagered 4219.00 which I’ve wagered at least over 3000.00 due to me playing literally all day betting 2.00 per spin. When i exit out of the game to check my progress on the bonus funds the percentage is not budging. There’s no way in hell after paying wheels n reels xl for almost 5 hours straight betting 2.00 per spin with a 100% of the contribution going to bonus that i should still only be at 11% . This is not fair at all can someone please help me with this problem please. My money is now suffering due to this technical issue that the site is having. I spend too much money to have problems like this.
