Just hit an all time low with this site. My screen had all cards backwards. Never seen this before. Went to live chat for a refund and they wouldn’t. They agreed my cards were backwards, but said that’s not a technical issue?! Anyone else ever seen this?!

Sorry to hear about this issues you had, however, if this shows like backwards I suggest that you restart your or reboot your device as usually that screen comes from the device.
Further to this, please do not post chat conversations, we can access chats should we need to see get any information,
I understand, but I don’t think the cards being backwards has anything to do with my end. It’s clearly a technical issue and that should be a refund

I’m afraid I have no idea what caused this! I don’t think i’ve ever seen this before!
Rest assured though, if this is indeed on our end it will only be a display issue, and will have no effect on the actual game itself.
Everytime I have contacted chat and ask them to review previous chats they say they can’t and that is why we have to repeat ourselves every time we get disconnected for whatever reason 
It is possible they can’t, I’m afraid i’m unsure about that. But we can.
