It took me 50 minutes to find out what happened in a hand of poker in which i was disconnected after going all in. I provided my cards, position the other players position and the amounts of all bets. the chat person said we both had ak and that I won. But she would not give me the hand number so I could check on it tomorrow which i dont understand. If we could talk directly with your agents it would be so much more efficient and how can she not give me the hand number, that does not make sense?

If you have access to a laptop or desktop computer. You should easily be able to find the hand you’re looking for using the download version of the poker client.
Confirm you can access the download version and I’ll guide you.

When i got disconnected I was not able to go back to the table it ended up freezing. I then went to chat told them my hand and the action. 50 min later they gave the results. I then asked for the hand number so I could go check it myself and they refused to give it to me. I check hand histories all the time and I dont understand why they would not give me the hand number?
