Can you please make the cashier button work? When I click the button in the client it does nothing.
@RunningWater In this case, I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies in google chrome after signing out of your account. It might also be a good idea to use the incognito window to access the poker room.

Hi, have you tried a new install of the software? We have received no reports of any issues at this time.
I believe the cashier in the download version just opens a browser window. taking you directly to the cashier section on the website. It’s possible you may need to go browser settings and permit popup window openings from Ignition’s website. If you have antivirus software you’ll likely have to permit it there as well.
If you don’t want to do all that. You can access the same cashier by logging in on the website or Mobile app.
It’s working again after a recent update… I’m guessing someone fixed something.
