I play both casino and poker, but for some reasons it shows $0 in poker game while my account shows the $400 in casino. The last time I play poker I still have around $217. Anybody knows why?
It’s because the funds you have are bonus funds, and they are for casino play only.

So to play poker I have to deposit again? The last time I play I still have like $200 something. I understand now it’s a bonus fund for casino but how come it goes to 0 just like that for poker?
The poker bonus is a drip bonus. So as you play poker with cash, the bonus will unlock and turn to cash. The casino part of the bonus can only be played in the casino.
Or just grind it out and get through your play through it’s possible
