He shouldn’t bet into the bet man cause he’s not made yet .but in the 2nd answer he should place a high bet try to run them with his flush draw he got

Question 1. Correct answer is Raise. This particular hand is one of the very few candidates for check-raising as a semi bluff. It has a ton of equity (flush draw and a gutshot) as far as bluffs go and no showdown value. You should always raise these hands in order to balance your value range which would be TT, 88 and T8’s in this case.

Question 2. The correct answer is Bet. Hero has a large range advantage on this board, thus he will want to continue with a lot of C Bets against which the Big Blind will struggle to defend effectively.
