Question #1.
Answer: Bets 2.5 million

With A♠ 6♠, Aldemir has a clear decision to open preflop.

On the flop, with middle pair and top kicker, he should c-bet for value and protection. He’ll bet with most of his range to take advantage of his range advantage and the ICM pressure. Park, worried about busting, won’t float as often, which increases the expected value of Aldemir’s bet.

After Park calls the flop, Aldemir opts for a small double barrel. Checking is also an option, but betting here denies equity and can force better hands (like Park’s pocket nines) to fold. The ICM pressure encourages Aldemir’s aggression and Park’s tight play.

If the turn bet is called, Aldemir might check back with his showdown value, but could also bluff with a triple barrel, especially since A6 blocks some of Park’s strongest hands. His choice would depend on the river card.

Question #2
Answer: Calls

Preflop, Aldemir easily opens with K♠ 4♠. On the flop, with a nut flush draw, he c-bets and calls the check-raise — a standard play.

On the turn, Aldemir calls with his combo draw. He’s getting good odds, and it’s unlikely Holmes would fold to a shove since he’s already committed over half his stack. Holmes would need to be bluffing, which isn’t very likely given how well the board connects with his range.
