Question #1.

The correct answer is “BET”

Here’s why!
Your range from middle position is much stronger than the big blind’s defending range, giving you about 57% equity against it. You also have the nut advantage because you have more sets in your range, while his range is much wider.

Because of this, a high-frequency c-bet strategy is ideal, even a range bet. A small bet size works best, as it aims to get the big blind to fold a lot of hands like overcards that can’t continue against a small bet.

Question #2.
The correct play here would be to “BET 1.8”

On paired flops, the preflop raiser usually has a big range advantage (60% equity here). This is even more true if you raised with a smaller size, like 2.2-2.5 big blinds. As mentioned before, in these situations, you should use an aggressive c-betting strategy, and Ace-King fits into that.
