My tables are frozen. One of them came back only to show that I had eaten the blinds twice and basically busted.

Yah same here I was just playing a $100 jackpot sit n go that spun an awesome $500 prize. It was a little glitchy or slow for couple hands, then it basically froze me out for 3great hands before I could even do anything.
I couldn’t click anything even though I didn’t time out. After about a minute it looks like I’m sitting out and the button pops up. so then I clicked “im back” and 3 hands proceed to flash by on the screen with me still sitting out before the bet/ raise/ fold buttons even showed back up again.
Wish I had recorded it.
Sucks when the software is glitching or having issues. Should probably just be down for maintenance if things aren’t working right
@moderators are the programmers or somebody looking into this type of error by chance?

That sucks amigo…what the heck is going on here? None of slots anywhere would work and nobody around last night to help fix anything. I thought they hire more mods to work the overnight shfits? Live chat support useless! Hope they can investigate and compensate you!

@moderators any chance you can look into this for me? I just checked the hand history and it folded me out of 500 chips overall during this glitch. Which is basically my whole initial $100 buy in, sucks extra because it was a $500 spin.
Tonight its been working fine
Please PM us with the table, tournament, or hand numbers of these issues as well as the specific timeframe that this happened preferably in ET if possible. We’ll look into it and see what can be done.
